Beautiful hotel close to everything
Recently renovated hotel located walking distance to the main streets of the old town. Spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Clean. Breakfast was good too.
Only high cushions, two sets. And they are very high. Will be good to have a lower ones to be able to chose from. At breakfast you had to ask for coffee. All the hotels we’ve been in Asia always ask you immediately if you want a coffee.

Good hotel to stay when travelling with infirms. Easy parking, good location.
Parking lot is available right in front of the hotel; no stairs to enter the hotel. VERY convenient when travelling with my aging parents, one with a wheelchair the other with osteoarthritis. The welcome drinks are a plus! The room are of a good size, good bed n matress, good water pressure. Quiet by 11. Location is good.
The normal arrangement is that normally a bellboy will come with a trolley. This particular person when asked if he has a luggage trolly (to make it easier for him) made such facial gesture as if I am asking for the moon instead and huffingly took out general trolly to the door, left it there..walk over to the car and carry all the bags to the rooms himself. IF he had told me there is no luggage trolley I would understand just don't make gestures. I am tired enough of driving to get to the hotel and in no mood to receive such attitude . Not a good idea to put him directly with the patrons. The front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.

Affordable
The location is excellent, within walking distance of popular hotspots. The rooms are spacious with great water pressure, though the bathroom could be larger—but it’s still sufficient. The breakfast was standard, but if you’re visiting Penang, I recommend skipping it and exploring the local restaurants instead for a more authentic experience. The hotel is conveniently located directly in front of the Blue Mansion, making it easy to walk to the museum.
